Need Training?

We provide courses tailor-made to suit each client, that help you achieve all your goals in the long run.

Why Choose Us?

  • While training, we map skills and needs of the participants. Thus we can develop areas which they really need.
  • Participants actively train their skills and learn to handle more demanding situations which motivates them to use what they just learned at work.
  • We approach training flexibly, using a wide array of didactic methods, which improve learning and acquiring new skills.
  • Our coaching is preceded by a meeting with the client, where we determine optimal form and content.

Previous Experience

  • Training of entry-level employees (incl. workers), foremen, specialists, middle management up to individual and/or group coaching of top management.
  • Experience with demanding and demotivated clients (caused by reorganisation, layoffs etc.).
  • Experienced lectors, who are highly positively received by most participants.
  • Experience with long-term intensive development training of top managers (dozens of clients), both in specialised and complex development programmes.
  • We offer training as a social laboratory – participants may test various forms of behaviour in a safe environment of small teams, experience the reaction of others to such behaviour and receive lector’s feedback.
  • We do not stick to rigid timetables – our lectors are creative and experienced enough to flexibly adjust to the level and demands of participants and select the best approach accordingly.
  • Broad experience with using audio-visual aids and video trainings.
  • Regularly organising open courses for HR specialists (personalists, coaches, lectors, etc.) on attractive current topics (negotiation with management, development of lector and presentation skills etc.)
