Previous Experience

  • Training of entry-level employees (incl. workers), foremen, specialists, middle management up to individual and/or group coaching of top management.
  • Experience with demanding and demotivated clients (caused by reorganisation, layoffs etc.).
  • Experienced lectors, who are highly positively received by most participants.
  • Experience with long-term intensive development training of top managers (dozens of clients), both in specialised and complex development programmes.
  • We offer training as a social laboratory – participants may test various forms of behaviour in a safe environment of small teams, experience the reaction of others to such behaviour and receive lector’s feedback.
  • We do not stick to rigid timetables – our lectors are creative and experienced enough to flexibly adjust to the level and demands of participants and select the best approach accordingly.
