Training Assessors for AC/DC

Aim: Acquiring the role of an AC/DC assessor (moderator, sparring partner, observer), learning to catch and assess relevant information and to avoid most common assessor mistakes.

  • Assessment Centres as a selection method (characteristics, parameters, advantages, limitations)
  • Selecting assessed criteria/competences (communication with client, clarifying terms and concepts)
  • Methods used in AC (model situations, case studies, role games, written preparation)
