“How to Communicate and Work with Colleagues and Bosses from Different Cultures”

Aim: Provide participants with better understanding about dimensions in which various cultures
differ and help them comprehend and handle communication difficulties arising from these differences; includes a training in communication with people from different cultures.

Course Topics :

• Creating a positive media image
• Dimensions in which the cultures differ
• Mapping and identifying differences demanding the most cooperation and goodwill
• Using techniques aimed at improving perceptiveness towards others (esp. from different cultures)
• Training in communication and negotiation techniques which improve understanding and cooperation with colleague(-s) from different cultures
