Lector and Sales Skills Coach

Dáša has been working in sales since the beginning of her career, going from a sales representative through an advertising agency boss to a sales team manager. Despite all the changes she has seen over the years, she maintains that sales are based on strong interpersonal ties. She is empathic, knows how to listen, yet able to emphatically point out what needs to change. Her sales experience has made her want to teach others to change as a lector and a coach. She’s already spent 15 years “in the game,” has spent hundreds of hours coaching her clients.

As she says, she adheres to the philosophy of “Anything can be solved” in all areas of life. She loves art films, travelling and mountains. Nature provides her with energy that she so eagerly passes on to others.

In her courses, Dáša works with participants on interconnecting their expert and personality skills. She shows them how to achieve full competence in areas where their talent lies, and helps them develop it.
