A Perfect Combination – Selection and Following Development

I have first dealt with Tres consulting in 2006 during an assessment centre selecting a regional sales director.

Since then we have cooperated on the selection of several other managers for new positions in our company but mainly we have enlarged our cooperation to include development centres and follow-up courses and programmes which help improve our management team, increase their competency and independence.

I consider combining selection and following development of selected as well as existing managers to be the best way for further growth of our company as well as for the formation of a functional team.
